It all started early for a weekend, Wednesday night farntically packing trying to find my PADI Licence Card and other saundry pieces of needlessly necessary kit. Thursday afternoon in fact as I plucked a lucky wreck from the rack was when it all really started though (a very nice 2009 Norco Faze 2) which really desparately needed a bit of attention to the brakes.
Two sets of pads and fresh brake fluid bled through front and back and it was finally ready.

Until we eventually reached this

A litttle late but there none the less @
Capernwray Dive Site
After a long climb up an extremely windy 45degree hill a few hundrew meters we were finally at the top.
A strange barron evironment littered with rocks and horizontal trees
it provided some amazing technical riding.
it provided some amazing technical riding.
In the end we just had to walk...
The gaps between the rocks did make excellent places to stand you bike!
Whilst you take a toilet break in the background...
I might have said I would say that!
Until in the end, we descended down some crazy steep sit on the back wheel type rocky descents.

I doubt this one would have been salvable, so we called it a day and headed back after all of a short ride in the dales...
Definately need to head back again soon, get in some proper epic riding maybe even take a tent...
Squeeze everthing back into the van with enough space for an extra stow away for a short transfer to another car and we were off back to Leeds...
